We establish company-wide CSR strategies by listening to the voices of local communities through regular communications. Only after hearing all sides of the issues, we’ll work with our consultants to organize and run programs that best address the needs of local communities.
Strategy & Methodology
Nanos Win Star’s strategy of sustainable practices is grounded on a three-fold methodology based on our own internal Code of Conduct, which regulates everything we do and the policies we establish within the company. We then ensure that our practices comply with our Code of Conduct.
Only the objectives of the proposal or policy has been approved by the committee, we will develop and disseminate the plan of action through education programs, personal interaction and regular hands-on communications with our people and the communities we are working with to ensure that everyone benefits. During this stage, we will also be working to monitor progress and make any adjustments to the plan as necessary.
Before being approved, all strategies or policies must be run through four committees that it is sustainable (both in terms of environmental friendliness and profitably), in compliance with local laws and regulations, and resonates with Win Star’s brand identity and messaging.
